The brands that come to your kitchen are licensed brands, so the model always includes a licence fee and commission. The largest part of the commission goes to the ordering platforms — a cost every restaurant selling on these platforms already pays. At the start there is also an Initial Setup Package. In return, you get ready-made brands, recipes, training, platform management and marketing support, without the cost and risk of building a brand from scratch. We go through the figures in the meeting, with up-to-date calculations specific to your restaurant.
